Why this Questionnaire?

The prospect of losing one's job is a very daunting fear for most people. Changes that come with the loss of a job can affect one socially, emotionally as well as financially.

We have a specially designed survey to determine the chance that you could lose your job. It is based on a comprehensive questionnaire on your job, your organization as well as your performance. Predicting the loss of a job is not an exact science but is instead based on various factors that coalesce eventually to a pink slip. These results are estimates based on the responses to the survey and can change with time, sometimes in a matter of days.

Once you fill up the survey, the results will be mailed to your e-mail address. Our attempt is only to give you a starting point to initiate the actions that can prepare you well and soften the anxiety and stress arising out a job loss. It can change your career options and prepare you well for any surprise. We recommend that you take this survey once in six months. The survey takes about 9 minutes to fill and is valid only for people working in organizations for profit where the ownership is completely private. In other words this survey is not applicable for people working in Non-Governmental Organizations or Organizations where the Government or Government related organizations have an equity stake.
